Shipping + Returns
Due to a recent and significant increase in order volume and not enough hands, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for shipments to be processed and shipped out.
USPS has been recently experiencing unprecedented difficulty and disruption in service so please, go buy stamps, write to your congressman and cut them a break. It’s a huge bummer but right now, some tracking numbers aren’t working like they should be, many orders are experiencing slight delays and around 5-10% of my orders are experiencing significant delays.
I will continue to do my best to fix whatever issue you may run into with your order but just know, we’re all doing the best we can!

All online orders will be sent out through USPS, including international shipments which will arrive via each country’s postal system. USPS remains by far the most cost efficient method of shipping and still remains very reliable, even under their current circumstances.
All international shipments may be subject to fees and duties that Chunks is not responsible for. Chunks also cannot be responsible for missing or late packages. USPS may or may not provide extended tracking for international shipments. Please know that when you order from outside of the US, you are assuming all risks of international shipping.
Due to Covid, shipments to these countries have been suspended for the time being. Sorry for the inconvenience!
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Unworn and unused products can be returned for refund up to 2 weeks after the package is received. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Damaged items can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of receiving. Please email us a photo and we’ll send you a new one!
Chunks cannot be responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international, but obviously, it’s a bummer for both of us and we’d love to find a reasonable compromise!
