Chunks clips and claws are primarily made from cellulose acetate, a plant-derived bio-plastic, certified ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification). Compared to petroleum-based plastic, acetate is more durable and more biodegradable at end of life.
Acetate and metal hardware tested and free from Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium, PBBs, PBDEs and Phthalates.

Excellent quality, superb hold for my fine, sometimes straight, sometimes wavy, hair. Not sure why I waited so long to purchase, but better late than never. Now that I’ve discovered Chunks, I’ll never waste money on frustrating and inferior drugstore/amazon products again.
