Chunks clips and claws are primarily made from cellulose acetate, a plant-derived bio-plastic, certified ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification). Compared to petroleum-based plastic, acetate is more durable and more biodegradable at end of life.
Acetate and metal hardware tested and free from Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium, PBBs, PBDEs and Phthalates.

I enjoy the color of this, bright and fun. The sticks are a little bendy and I’ve already skewed them after 2 times of use haha. But that being said, ultimately I like that feature. I’ve used other “hard” plastic hair sticks and they’re painful when used too tightly. I believe the flexibility of this stick helps reduce pain for me.

I ordered the pink and blue one and I absolutely love it. I am able to achieve the cute messy bun look of a hair clip but I can lay down with this in my hair. It’s perfect and I hope that Chunks considers making more hair sticks in the future.

I've been looking for a hair stick and I'm so glad Chunks made one. The green and yellow gum ball design gives a great pop of color, perfect for the summertime! Easy to leave in your bag to whip out when you just wanna put your hair up. I really hope they make more designs I would love to see more.
