We pack each order with love, care, and the customer in mind! Our small team fulfills your orders, working efficiently to maintain a quick turnaround time while also upholding our packaging standards. Please allow three to five business days for your order to ship out. After product launches and during other times of increased order volume, shipment times may be extended. Remember to keep an eye on your email for a tracking number! Some common shipping questions may be found on our FAQ page. All online orders will be sent out via USPS (though some heavier packages may be shipped Priority out of necessity). This includes all international shipments, which will transfer to each country's postal system. USPS remains by far the most cost-effective method of shipping, and they remain reliable even under current (stressful) circumstances.
We recently set-up shipping to the EU and are collecting duties and fees at checkout so orders are sent DDP. Other international shipments may be subject to fees and/or duties that Chunks is not responsible for. Chunks also cannot be responsible for missing or delayed packages. USPS may or may not provide extended tracking for international shipments. Please know that when you place an order from outside the US, you are assuming all risks of international shipping.
