Chunks clips and claws are primarily made from cellulose acetate, a plant-derived bio-plastic, certified ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification). Compared to petroleum-based plastic, acetate is more durable and more biodegradable at end of life.
Acetate and metal hardware tested and free from Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium, PBBs, PBDEs and Phthalates.

I fell in love with these lil fish clips and couldn't resist, despite the risky price tag. While the fish are ADORABLE, the clips don't really work in my hair :( I'd hoped to use them to clip my bangs to the side, but from the front, you just see the metal hinge of the clip standing about 1cm above my head/hair – they would probably look a lot better if you have more voluminous hair than I do on your head (mine is thick, but straight & lies flat, so the hinge really stands out). The clips were also somewhat heavy and painful to remove IMO. I still love them, but will probably find cute places to clip them on bags etc. instead of using them as intended :') But the quality is high on both the tin and clips!!
