Refund policy


Unworn, unused products can be returned for a refund of the product cost. Returns are accepted within two weeks of the customer receiving the package. The customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees.


Damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded within 90 days of receiving. Please email us a photo and we’ll gladly send you a new one! In cases like these, Chunks will pay the cost of shipping.

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, sometimes things get lost in transit. Chunks cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international. However, when this happens it’s obviously a bummer for both of us, so we’d love to find a reasonable compromise! Please let us know if you haven’t received your package after four weeks and we’ll look into it.
