Chunks clips and claws are primarily made from cellulose acetate, a plant-derived bio-plastic, certified ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification). Compared to petroleum-based plastic, acetate is more durable and more biodegradable at end of life.
Acetate and metal hardware tested and free from Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium, PBBs, PBDEs and Phthalates.

I have the thickest curly hair in my family so all that I know has come from my own personal trial and error. I have never been able to do the claw clips like my other friends which sucks because it gets hot here in Texas so when I saw these tiny ones and the bigger versions I had to try!
Besides the cutest designs the hold of these are great, not just for me but for my daughter who has straight hair??? How that works im not sure but im so happy that I do not have to buy separate products for each of us, after all we are both just girls.
Was a bit pricey, but worth it. I go through all kinds of clips so fast with them constantly snapping so the price at the end of the year will be about the same.... and I will also be able to use these for years to come since I dont have to continue to replace them.

I'll be savoring these little clips as long as I can keep track of them. They are like little jewels and are also really strong. You can get a lot of hair into them and they stay put. I like putting them in my hair when it's wet so that my bangs dry in a certain way. It's great!
